Provision of support services for 24 hours in hardware and support section in business hours in software section.
Pars Data Company provides internet and intranet services from national internet of Islamic Republic of Iran and in case of any problem such as optical fiber disconnection, safety and political problems, Pars Data Company will disconnect the internet.
UPS system and then generator have been embedded.
Although probability of such events such as fire is limited to some extent, the only possible solution is prevention from general disorder of the network function, presence of a perfect support system for the entire network. We can ensure lack of disorder in the network only with such support system.
Security arrangements in the company are as physical security and logical security.The physical security includes:
• Use From some support personnel in order to solve any hardware and software problems
• Use of protective cameras in network equipments
• Use of suitable and standard power supply
• Prevention from the unknown persons to the network equipments site
Logical security:
As its name shows, some methods for decreasing network and software attack hazards such as attacking network switches and administration of passwords and controlling and administrating access to equipments, switches and routers.
